• RETURN POLICY:  We accept returns within 14 days unless
  otherwise stated, as long as the item is in its original shipping
  condition, including all parts, and in its original packaging.   Money back guarantee is upon inspecting
  the product for its original condition, and its original packaging. We
  charge 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays all shipping & handling. We do
  not accept returned items due to user error, inappropriate use, software
  or driver issues.

• State Law
  requires sales tax on all items sold in Pennsylvania.  This means if the item is being shipped
  to an address in Pennsylvania, or the item is being picked up at our
  location in Pennsylvania, you will be charged the 6% State Sales Tax and
  1% Allegheny County Tax.
